Baked Apple & Banana Oatmeal

Ingredients
- 2 cup Rolled oats, dry
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 medium Apple (diced)
- 1 medium Banana(s) (sliced)
- 4 cup Water
- 1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
- 1/3 cup Dates (chopped or raisins)
- 3/4 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In large bowl, mix together oats, dates, cinnamon, and water. Stir in apples and banana; set aside.
- Spray 8- x 8-inch (20- x 20-cm) baking dish. Pour mixture into baking dish and bake for 30 - 35 minutes or until golden brown
- Mix in some plant milk at the time of serving. Serve warm.
