Trail Mix (Nut Free)

Notes:

Nuts and Seeds are packed with many vitamins, minerals and healthy fats!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
  • 1/4 cup Cranberries, dried (or dried apricots chopped or goji berries)
  • 1 dash Sea Salt (optional)
  • 1 dash Cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  • Mix everything together and store in an airtight container
  • You can also add toasted oats or rice puffs to this mix
