Prebiotic Chocolate Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (organic)
  • 2 oz Dark chocolate (chopped)
  • 1 medium Banana (s) (very ripe)
  • 2 Frozen strawberries
  • 2 Dates
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds, ground
  • 1 dash Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a high-powered blender, capable of breaking down the chocolate. If you do not have a blender that can do this, then melt the chocolate in a double boiler first.
  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.
